Today I made omlet with fried potatoes incorporated in it. Unfortunately, it was over before anyone could take a picture of it :D

No! You can't ruin good food with bacon! I've always been afraid of bacon, or rather the fat on the bacon, but I have to admit that I have some sort of visible-fat-fobia. I was hysteric as a kid, "Moooom, there's fat on my steak, take it awaaaay!".

But if I cooked for you, you could bring your own bacon and spoil it :D

Funny, I was always the opposite, more like, "Mooom, there's steak on my fat, take it awaaaay!"

I thought I bought feta cheese yesterday, but when I came home I read "Greek sallad cheese made from cowmilk". Bah! Feta is supposed to be made from sheep/goat's milk. It tasted horrible as well, so I think I'm gonna donate it to the Trash God.

I have to do something with spinach today as well, bought a BIG bag yesterday, and I'm home alone, so I can't trick my man into eating half of it. Think I'll do some kind of warm potato sallad with spinach and some veggies.

The hot potati sallad I was babbling about earlier. Potato wedges baked with olive oil and sea salt, mixed with black olives, mushrooms (mohaha!), red onion and spinach of course. It will be spinach tomorrow as well. Lunch AND dinner.
Sprinkles the whole shebang with more olive oil, sea salt, balsam vinaeger and some black pepper. So beep-ing good!!

Every wednesday (it's wednesday today, right?) there's a tv-show, "Leila's food" here in Sweden, and it's about christmas food and desserts. Do they wanna kill me? She makes chocolate-raspberry marmelade and great breads and cookies etc. Haven't been that much food stuff yet, but I guess we'll see it later.

Supper.

Yes, that's smoked salmon you see. The secret to making good salmon sandwiches is slicing it up into thin slices, otherwise the first bite will cause you to drag the whole salmon bite off the bread.

That's Norwegian Superior salmon, dude. Why don't you go eat that dry, roasted wallaby and let me enjoy my delicious, juicy, melts-in-your-mouth Norwegian smoked salmon
