Well, i voted for the heroes IV version. Looks really Gargoylisch...
The one from heroes V just looks retarted, just a ugly closet...

voted for 5 cuz it looks like someone ripped it off a building and made it alive(that's what gargoyles are, statues of some monster which is called a gargoyle :D )
