As usual, a post on the official forums pretty much goes overlooked, so I'll try here.
Okay, I cannot figure this out to save my life and frankly I'm starting to get really frustrated.
First off, how to you make it so EVERY hero is available inside a prison? In the previous games, you could choose any hero (campaign included), but now they are not on the list to be chosen. Oh, and yes I have every hero activated in the Map Properties. That doesn't help.
Second, how the hell do you place mixed neutrals on a map? I cannot find any way to do this and this is probably the main feature I was looking forward to playing around with.
I'm completely at a loss here with TotE - Please help!

You can currently place mixed neutral stacks but it's imo quite tedious and boring.
1. Place a stack of the 1st group of creatures you want to have. Specify Amount (total number of creatures of this kind) and Amount 2 (number of stacks of this kind).
2. Right-click on AdditionalStacks in the item menu on the left and click Add.
3. Expand the [0] menu that appeared.
4. Under Creatures, select the 2nd creature that will compose your mixed stack. If you want to enter a number of unit, set CustomAmount to false, if not, set it to true. Same as above with Amount and Amount 2.
5. If you want to add another kind of creature to your stack, right-click on AdditionalStacks, click Add, expand the menu next to [1], rince and repeat.
Once you successfully added a 2nd creature to your stack, they'll appear with a red banner as in the game.
NB: I've noticed that Amount2 (the number of stacks) seems not to work correctly.

They better be planning on changing this and not expecting us to go through this nonsense just to achieve our goal.
I mean seriously, how friggin hard is it to just place a unit, click on the Object Properties button, see a drop down menu that allows you to choose units from a list, and put in the creatures you want? That's how it was done in previous Heroes games.
