Just be careful, TT. If he wants your pancakes, that's pretty harmless. But if he starts asking for a pic of your sausage, I'd be a little wigged out. :devious:

The sound of hoofbeats cross the glade,
Good folk, lock up your son and daughter!
Beware the deadly flashing blade,
Unless you want to end up slaughtered!

Blackadder! Blackadder!
He rides a pitch black steed!
Blackadder! Blackadder!
He's very bad indeed!

Black! His gloves of finest mole!
Black! His codpiece made of metal!
His horse is blacker than a vole!
His pot is blacker than his kettle!

Blackadder! Blackadder!
With many a cunning plan!
Blackadder! Blackadder!
You Horrid little man!

I wonder when codpieces will be back in fashion.
Who the hell locks these things?
- Duke

In homage to this thread, my wife made blueberry buttermilk pancakes for me for breakfast. Damn, I so glad I married her.

Let joy fill every Briton's heart
For now the country's going to make it
At last a King who looks the part
At last a Queen who looks good naked

Blackadder! Blackadder!
A monarch with panache
Blackadder! Blackadder!
He's got a nice moustache

Everything he wants he'll get
The world is now Blackadder's oyster
Most Prime Ministers are wet
But Baldrick he is even moister

Blackadder! Blackadder!
A dog who's got his bone
Blackadder! Blackadder!
A bastard on the throne
Blackadder! Blackadder!
His beard is neatly curled
Blackadder! Blackadder!
He's going to rule the world!

Today it's one of those days that I feel clueless..
A pickpocket around 60 was caught in the bus I was in this day. Two police officers arrived after a while and asked the victim if he would sue him and when he said no they accused him of wasting their time and were about to let him go. Thankfully the victim changed his mind about suing him, it would feel very stupid to let him go and pick someone else's wallet like nothing had happened.

But I was dumbstruck by the officers' attitude. They did not care and even turned on the guy that asked for their help. It's no secret that the vast majority of them are lazy and don't give a rat's @ss for those they are supposed to protect but it still stings. And as for the law that does not allow them to simply get him to the police station..

Another incident has happened lately. Someone we know has called the police for no less than 23 times to come and give us a ticket because of some silly laws subject to exploit. One is that you cannot have a car parked in proximity of 5 meters of another's parking space(something which if applied half the cars in my area would get a ticket) and another that specifies that parked cars must not occupy any part of the road, they must be all on the sidewalks. Not even inches. Silly really.

And this sick creep has been looking over the balcony for the first opportunity to call the police. With two vans and two cars moving all the time(we supply food products) it's very easy for him to get the chance. The good part is that the police is obligated to come even if we have never taken a ticked because it takes some common sense to see that this is unreasonable.
The even better part?
His parking space is not even legal yet the police automatically assumes it is. And unless willing to get through some mind-boggling procedures there is no way for us to sue him or tell them to ignore him. Heck by now we know them and treat them as friends.

Of course a solution has been found but that is beside the point. I still cannot believe what I'm seeing day by day. This is madness.
