It's too bad I never played half life 2. Back then my pc was weak but maybe I should give it a shot, the first few stages I had seen were overly impressive not just visually. The dictator's talk about instinct was brilliant.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Gotta play both of them if you get the chance. Then go out and find the System Shock series. Then after that, go play Deus Ex and Bioshock. Then you will have truly played some of the best first person shooters ever.

It may take a while until I get to it but I always go back to try classic games :) For now I have my eyes set on Grim Fandango and final fantasy 8 after some fall releases. Long term plans for when I have the time :D

Final Fantasy 8? Presumeably because you've been through all the others so much you're bored with them? ;)

Or well, I never paid much attention after 9.

Haha no, a friend recommended it. The only final fantasy I have played is 7, I did not pay much attention to the previous ones.

that's a shame Ethric, because FFX and FFXII are really great FF's almost upto the level of FFVII, and definately better than VIII and IX

Aww, IX was good. But it was at this time I stopped playing console games (had my Playstation for 5 years, the laser was shot, the controller slots was shot, the anntenne slot was shot... it was well used :D ).

Hey, FF8 was a very good game on its own. Don't know how it was compared to the others as i never got to play another (stupid consoles).
