M&M riddle game
Since Kareeah doesn't seem to be around to start this up, I'll do it instead.
Rules:
The riddler asks a riddle, where the answer is something pertaining to any game of the Might and Magic brand (i.e. both MM, HoMM, CoMM etc. is allowed). The riddler has to specify which game(s) the particular riddle refers to. Whoever guesses the answer gets to make the new riddle.
Let's start with something easy:
When the mighty turned their eyes away
I was there to cross the traitor's way
though he was not what he used to be
My passion set my people free
Armaggedon's Blade

Re: M&M riddle game
Correct. Told you it was easy!
When the mighty turned their eyes away- Erathia not being very interested in the whole ordeal
I was there to cross the traitor's way- refers to Lord Haart
though he was not what he used to be -Haart is now a death Knight instead of a "vanilla" Knight
My passion set my people free- slight referense to her fire ability
Now you try something.

Re: M&M riddle game
At first I though that you were refering to the Halflings! But the Traitor bit seemed wrong, and then I remembered good ol' Lord Haart!Gaidal Cain wrote:Correct. Told you it was easy!

I suck at making rimes, but here it goes:
A puppet for the puppetmaster,
Who's strings are by betrayal cut.
But alas, puppets with no strings
Strings know not how to pull!
HoMM3 RoE + SoD!

Now if you wait a little longer I'll come up with something...
Hmm... I wonder if this will work...
I exist, but no one sees me
Except for those who've seen the world;
My job is to remember clearly
And store for when my master needs me.

I just realized that the World Map is in all games, not just IV!
Damn, I really have nothing.
