You're not the only boy to choose a cool female avatar. At one time a55a55in used Emilia Nighthaven's avatar because she was his favorite heroine.

And even though I'm all female, I've been tempted to use Alkin's avatar … Image … because he's so cute. :-D

Not sure why but I often create female characters in a game but not use female avatars in a forum. Or it just has not happened as I rarely change avatars.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Probably as simple as you prefer to stare at female pictures while playing, while not as comfortable as being represented by one. ;)

Haha it's not about the staring, it's just for variety - you won't find me moving a female character around with revealing armour or something similar. Could be about the representation though.

yeah, i do like to create female characters more in games (well, the experience is different) and because i may have some eye-candy!
