I just wanted to praise Dell a bit.

A week ago, my internet cable started falling out of the PC from the simplest touch. I wrote an email to Dell a few days ago, explaining the problem, and today the repair man was here and took care of the it for me. Excellent!

Dell really have fantastic service (at least as long as your warranty is valid)..
