Yes, it's Bastion. The stronghold comments are just out of old habits I'm sure.

Though the videos did show stronghold on the units screen.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

The strange part is it was EvilP himself who corrected someone who called it Bastion and said it was in fact Stronghold. I really wish Ubi would come out of hiding and start clearing some things up.

Well, if they changed the name to Stronghold, I certainly haven't heard about it. I'll see if I can get a clarification.

Stronghold, Bastion... does it matter? Thats just a name anyway. And it can be changed easily.
I am back and ready to... ready to... post things.

Looks like it IS Stronghold. The translation for that into French is "Bastion". Hope that clears THAT up.

The one that has only haven, necropolis and inferno? Funny I'd think that it would get at least one update since the game was released.

English sucks up another good French word and makes the French happy. I guess in the French translations it will be Bastion and in English ones Stronghold.

Actually you don't know where the word originates from. It exists in English and it could have been the french who stole it for all you know ;)

Yes, it'll be Stonghold in English and Bastion in French. As for where the words originate....*shrugs*

That makes me wonder one thing then. What was stronghold called in previous french versions?

From dictionary.com:
[French, from Old French bastillon, from bastille, fortress; see bastille.]
English borrowed a lot of words from French.
