I know which patches I need. I've called ubi, not sure what the problem is. I'll probably call them tomorrow and see what the deal is.

correct country code, patch number and whether it's collectors edition or not

I went to the ubi site, and downloaded the retail version. These have worked before, but dont' seem to work now.

working hard, watching Buffy (only 5 ep's to go) and can I mention that Faith's back and boy am I happy about that!! and posting and stuff

Only a couple reasons I watched it to be honest. Willow was main one, and when Tara came into the picture she was another. However, Spike was cool too hehe.

Faith is Eliza Dushku .... who was another slayer .... Dawn is Buffy's sis who was the Key .... I can imagine you liking Tara and Willow

Ah. Dushku was in a show I really liked Called Tru Calling. It was on FOX so naturally, it got cancelled within 2 seasons.
