Why do I need the version number? Because if the game doesn't update properly, then I can't get the changes that were made to the game. And I don't know what else to do. Anything I do just doesn't seem to work.

oh .... I guess that makes sense, I assume you're talking about the region, whether it's deluxe or standard and what release it is?

Not the region. The game says v1.0, but it should say v1.5

if you've reinstalled it though, then you will probably need to re-patch as well

I know. I have reinstalled it. I have repatched it. It still says 1.0.

exactly look for things added in patches, if they are in the game then you're good to go, if not then your patching didn't take
