Glory of Days Past → One Tribe
Depending on how strong your heroes are, you can split them up and let them go solo. Head one north and the other south before doing the middle border guard that leads ultimately to Vogel.
In the early game, however, keep one hero near the city with the Grail building as there is a teleporter exit nearby, and it is quite chancy whether Blue will send a hero through or not. Without the ability to quickly have a strong garrison, you may lose your Grail building and have to retake it.
As there are very few encounters that require both your heroes, the most boring part of this scenario is waiting for your troops to Caravan to the underground. About 150 Cyclops should be enough, regardless of what else you have.
