Very nice artwork indeed, the black rider is one I like, and as it can be seen at the bottom left of the pic, they had three different ideas for how the riders helm should look like
But no matter if the cyclops are an upg of the basic or not, it shouldnt have hooves! Man have they ever tried Dark Messiah?? The cyclopses there dosent have hooves, just big, mean, bone crushing feet! I know they are demon hybryds, but duuude...Thats no excuse to hoove em.

Me too. The hooves look a bit too small for the lumbering brute anyway.
Besides, the Dino-Rider lost it's shield and trident, as seen in the preview screenshots.(IMO the emblem on his shield looks almost like a griffin)
Of the others, i really like the centaur, it's nightmarish heritage is quite clearly seen, also reminds me of the beast-centaurs in Warhammer, the Centigors.
