Reminds me of when my dad asked me to mow the lawn...

Oh boy, I felt liked the lawn mowed me.

that's what I was getting at tMD .... it's using those muscles you haven't used in a while, it's a killer!

try rock climbing sometime, you use muscles you rarely ever use (forearms) and they ache like the blazes the next day

ugh talking about unused muscles.. my mom teaches pilates im telling you that is a killer. ever try a real pilates session? i can go for idk 30 40 or something pushups but do em with a pilates instructor and 10 will kill you. if you want short, tough sessions to get the most workout for as little time find yourself a studio.

pilates. its a type of workout. im no expert but far as i know it focuses on strengthening muscles you dont use often, and maximizing the work out for other muscles. special breathing excersizes while doing situps while leaning on an excersize ball at just the right angle, for example. ten of those done correctly would equal like 50 normal situps. its all very tiring..

yea but the thing is you have to know what your doing otherwise you could hurt yourself or you just wouldnt be doing it right, so you always have to be instructed.

12 hours? Seems like a myth to me. I average about 5 or 6 if I'm lucky.

Well I clocked out early last night, my daugthers are in town for my birthdy this weekend, so I had to entertain them. They are off with my ex cleaning out a storage locker today, so I have some time to myself today. At least I got enough sleep last night and am ready for the day. :D

I did not have trouble with H-V crashing, but I stopped playing it about halfway through, then my computer crashed because of norton antivirus which caused me to loose all of my saved games. Bought HOF played it through and then I decided to play H-V again and fortunately HP sent me one of her saved game files so I would not have to start over, I have finished the Sylvan campaign, then stopped again. Now I hear of all these people having crashes, so I don't know if I'll finish the campaign or not. ;|
