Fortress Alternate Upgrades
Mother nature!! These ones brings honor to norse tradition, the berserker alternative is my favorite, check his horned helmet!!
I just dont get it why some cry like babies for the dragon, it looks better than the fire dragon...it looks like an hybrid indeed.
The alt.defender looks funny, I just hope hi dosent trip and fall thanks to that huge beard, would be hilarious though . the alt. skirmisher reminds me of grandhpa and just as sturdy. And that greybear, less armour than the blackbear but more decorated, lovely. And I think the dwarf on top thinks the same
The priest alt are cool too I knew they did go for blue this time! And the thane alt looks coldheaded and may indeed have some kind of ice attack. Warlord had fiery hand but lightning attack, but fire and lightning are for me somewhat similar, they make burnmarks.

Acctually, he vikings didn't have horn on their helmets And I think they're more like scots, with their tartans. Maybe they're the result of a horny ( ) vikinig and a short scottish woman...Orfinn wrote:Mother nature!! But nevermind, they look nice
Some of the vikings DID have horns on their helmets, but I think it was more of a status symbol, to higher ranks or for more experienced warriors. Or maybe a honored reward to they who plundered most.vulnevia wrote:Acctually, he vikings didn't have horn on their helmets And I think they're more like scots, with their tartans. If they were, would they be vikings then? And I think they're more like scots, with their tartans.
But Im agreed, viking-celt mixes are nice, the coolest barbarian tribes ever roaming the earth IMO
EDIT: Oh now Im dissapointed, I thought vikings DID use horns on their helmets...but at wikipedia they proved me wrong
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viking_helmet#Helmet
But it dosent completely convince me....! Wikipedia aint that realible
I reffered to the Fortress guys when i mentioned the tartans, just thought it was a strange mix from ubi/nivals side, to mix "viking horns" and tartans And the runes...
And I googled for viking helmets, and found other pages than wikipedia that said that vikings didn't use horns. One page said the horns ould only get caught in battle axes etc, and either fall of from the blows, blow the helmet of the head, or if the helmet was..bound to the head, the poor viking could break his neck
