ditto OD, it's hard to pin down one single thing you respect, it's normally about the other persons behaviour, but that covers a bunch of stuff

So Vel, Gaidal closed that one thread where you had complained about "lack of free speech".

What were you saying that got censored? :)

Why do girls have to send e-mails like this?

Subject: If I were your...

Body Text: If I were your gf:

1. Insert witty question here
2. Insert not so witty question here
3. Insert funny question here
etc...etc...etc...

There's a saying for this situation:

Don't ask a question to which you do not want to know the answer.

If she writes back blushing...it's her fault!

Basically, a friend of mine sent me (and about 6 other males), a 12 question e-mail about the subject I wrote above.

Questions like, Do you want to make out with me? and other such things.

So, I gave her an honest answer and sent it back...hence why I said she'll probably blush like mad (doesn't expect ME to actually answer the way I did :D).

That's about it. :)

Ok I have been known to have periods of Deja Vu. It is pretty often for me, so I have gotten use to it. Mostly, however, it is a few moments in time maybe a second or two. Lately it has been constant for 2 weeks. Even this post right here seems like Deja Vu. I am remembering my dreams more frequently also. How weird is that?

For example. The company I work for had a new building built. Even after it was finished only two employees got a chance to look inside it before it officially opened. The CEO and a Vice President. Well it opened up and me and another person carried some boxes over from our old offices for the move. We reached the still closed door and I stopped. I was having serious Deja Vu. Before we went in, I described what would be on the other side. I had never been in the building, and it had just been completed. Yet when we entered it was exactly like I discribed it. The person with me said I had been in it somehow, and I was just playing mind games with them. I hadn't however.

hmm just noticed a Bait thread...hehe if I had seen it before it closed may have posted in it. To be honest, however, my thread posting has fallen from 13 a day to less then 8 (average) so far, and continues to dwindle. Mostly just post here, RPG Ooc, and the RPG itself for the time being with an odd one or two elsewhere. :(

Couldn't really get out of my car. I tried to avoid it, but I didn't see it after I drove past it. And seeing as how traffic was pretty heavy, I believe that turtle had a death wish. I guess turtle life is more stressful than we know.

They go marching one by one and 2 by 2
it will be victory or death before they are through
Machines of war being towed in the back
brought to the front only during the attack
Some might jump, teleport, or fly
while some might shock you or cause you to fry
some are already dead, but walk yet still
some recently upgraded by a fort on a hill
Heroes of Might and magic lead them into the frey
Yet it is not their skill which will win the day.
Only you can decide who will win or loose
by your skill in play, and the path you choose.

O'de to HoMM...just cause I am bored. :)

Well, more depressing is seeing a turtle being crushed by a car.

But it is still funny seeing a tree hugger leaving his car on the sideway just to run desperate to save the poor animal from beeing splatted on the asfalt.

I did it already, almost got caught by a truck though (the driver was not very happy about it, I must say). Although it was not a turtle but a cute sloth (bicho-preguiça). I had it in my hands and felt his rapid heartbeats. He was quite happy in the end to be back on its tree (on the other side f the road)

Ill try to post a picture of it on the image gallery... later

Careful with its claws, were you? ;|

Funny you saying that the animal's heart was beating fast. So, it was about to have a heart attack. :D

Everyone told me later that the claws can be a problem and that the bite means quite usually a huge infection. But frankly, I couldnt really believe such a slow animal could just bite me that simple. And I grabbed him from behind, under the arm pits. It was the size of a small child, and absolutely not agressive.

(and was clearly not comfortable beeing carried around)
