As long as they deserve being in jail.

These days, a mute guy was arrested because they were asking what he as doing in certain place that was robbed moments ago, and he couldn't answer. He was "behaving suspiciously", as they said.

Just 3 weeks later, he was released because a parent popped up to explain the situation, etc, etc.

Stupid cops. God, I hate them so much. They are the worst type of scum, I can think of. You only have to look at someone's face to tell he's a cop. So much arrogance on such a small surface can mean only one thing.
They do nothing but annoy everybody... except the criminals of course.
They are a bunch of cowards, so they pick on minor losers to feel powerful and respected.

Hard to have a positive attitude towards them. I have met either but I still cannot believe that some will talk to you with contemp for no reason at all. While doing nothing(important) themselves.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Don't get me wrong. Paris is a talentless hack IMO.

But you know what the average amount of jail time someone in California serves for a 45 day sentence? Less than 4.5 days.

What you don't understand about the justice system here is that a sentence is given and then commuted. Usually they will bankroll your remaining sentence into a probation sentence.

In SoCal (Southern California) the system is overcrowded so they give anyone with a home - house arrest for anything under 90 days - since it's cheaper.

She got busted for a moving violation. It's trivial.

Here in DC we actually have a judge who is suing his dry cleaner for $54 MILLION!!!!

It really is a great legal system... for lawyers and politicians.

I'm aware fo that case. That judge is doing so much to help the tarnished reputation of the legal system.

While he's trying to juice them for $20K in lawyers fees while he can do it for it free representing himself, he just cost himself millions in earnings since he likely won't get promoted again and he may even lose his appointment over this.

He won't get attorney fees. I'll eat my shoe if there is a judge that believes this was a just claim.

I think he did it just to be petty and show that nobody messes with him. I would imagine he's the insecure type.

Seeing how the only good experience with them is when they're beating someone you don't like i'd say very likely.

Finally they're showing their true colors... damn rodents:
Squirrel goes on rampage, injures 3

Thu Jun 14, 10:42 AM ET

BERLIN (Reuters) - An aggressive squirrel attacked and injured three people in a German town before a 72-year-old pensioner dispatched the rampaging animal with his crutch.

The squirrel first ran into a house in the southern town of Passau, leapt from behind on a 70-year-old woman, and sank its teeth into her hand, a local police spokesman said Thursday.

With the squirrel still hanging from her hand, the woman ran onto the street in panic, where she managed to shake it off.

The animal then entered a building site and jumped on a construction worker, injuring him on the hand and arm, before he managed to fight it off with a measuring pole.

"After that, the squirrel went into the 72-year-old man's garden and massively attacked him on the arms, hand and thigh," the spokesman said. "Then he killed it with his crutch."

The spokesman said experts thought the attack may have been linked to the mating season or because the squirrel was ill.

Oh, that squirrel rules.

Sometime ago, an elephant went wild, killing its owner and hurting several people. Things can be better.

Next of the list:
Koalas. :D
