Poor whale. It's like that old grandma that got a bullet from the 2nd Great War in her head for over 50 years. She started having an even worst headache (because she had it after being shot during all that time), then they took the bullet out. She feels better, but now that she is so old, maybe she won't have too much time to enjoy her new bullet-free life.

As do a great deal of adults.

I find it funny how people are happy she's in jail even though she never really did anything to most people.

"My message to those who don't like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice."

"The special treatment, in a sense, appears to be because of her celebrity status ... She got more time in jail."

These quotes from Sheriff Lee Baca who said that under normal circumstances, Hilton would not have served any time in jail.

1 Post in Paris

Socialite Paris Hilton was born on February 17, 1981

Attended the ultra-exclusive Dwight School (we have to say attended since she dropped out) and got her G.E.D.

For her 21st birthday, she threw five parties for herself in New York, Las Vegas, London, Hollywood and Tokyo.

The Simple Life (with Nicole Richie) started airing in 2003. Apparently this show is still on and has 43 episodes in the can already, though I can't prove this since I've only watched about three episodes.

Chosen the worst-dressed celebrity in 2003 by fashion critic Mr. Blackwell

1 Night in Paris, the sex video with Rick Salomon, was officially released 15 June 2004 - It hit the Internet right before The Simple Life started airing in fall 2003.

Started making Maxim and FHM Sexiest Lists in 2004.

In 2004, Hilton was involved in the creation of a perfume line by Parlux Fragrances. She has three fragrances named Heiress, Just Me and Paris Hilton. She also has a line of jewelry through Amazon.com

Established her own record label, Heiress Records, in 2004. Took her almost two years to create the album.

BOOK: Confessions of an Heiress: A Tongue-in-Chic Peek Behind the Pose, September 7, 2004. Also credited as an author of "Your Heiress Diary: Confess It All to Me," which is a guide to writing a diary and has lots of Paris "Fun" facts.

In November 2004, Hilton participated in Sean "Diddy" Combs' Citizen Change campaign to encourage youths to vote in the presidential election. She drew criticism after it was revealed she had neither voted nor registered to do so.

She got a big role in House of Wax (a slasher movie) in 2005 which garnered award nominations for "Worst Supporting Actress" (Razzie Awards). Also nominated for "Most Tiresome Tabloid Target".

Next movie - Bottoms Up (2006) is currently ranked #11 in the Bottom 100 at IMDB!!!

Released an album (that's a CD kids) entitled "Paris" on August 22, 2006. It peaked at #6 on Billboard 200 and included a World Wide hit in "Stars Are Blind." Oh yeah... UB40 is suing her for copyright infringement for that song.

In 2006, she was ranked #56 on Forbes "Top 100 Celebrities". Although she "only" made about $2 Million in 2003, she's earned over $5M in 2004, $6M in 2005 and topped $7M last year. Proof positive that you can still make a lot of money doing a lot of things very poorly as long as you do them for a lot of money.

After violating the terms of her DUI probation, driving her Bentley at 70 m.p.h. without her headlights on in a 35 m.p.h. zone and driving with a suspended license, she was sentenced to 45 days in jail (4 May 2007). Non-celebrities would never have served any jail time for this offense, which is what led Sheriff Baca to convert the sentence to house-arrest. The problem with that is that Judge Michael Sauer ruled specifically that she could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring (house arrest) so Paris was ordered to reappear back in his court and was sent back to jail to serve out her original 45-day sentence.

I'm guessing the pretty girls ignored him when he was young!

If that were an offense, there are a lot of people who should have been sent to prison long before her...

Dogs become insane when looking for opio in Thailand. Due the drugs effect, those two dogs ended up fired because they started trying to have sex with passenger's legs and so on.

They were part of a Project to make homeless animals become police forces for many reasons.

Now, they are taking care of chickens and pigs.

It doens't smell good.

Not justice?

So. How should a rich (spoiled) girl be punished? By making her pay, let's say 500 dollars, when she has millions? She could pay the multiple of that laughing. That's no punishment.

Somebody should break her nail then. That's punishment - NO! Wait a second: Mess her hair! That'd do!

It brings me no joy that she is in jail. However, should she just get away with anything she wants just because she is rich?

Of course not. I don't believe she deserved anything less. I guess it just bothers me that so many seem so happy that it has come to this.

Well, to be honest...Paris Hilton just...bugs me.

There's something to be said about celebrities and their lives of glamour, but IMO Paris Hilton crosses the line. She's so...artificial...*shudders*
