Well now i've been trying my necromancing online but hey bad news i get totally slapped on every game.
So well now i turn my luck to you here, i'd appreciate it if you could give me a "perfect" Necro. (according skills and such OBS! HoF 2.1)
I'm tired of loosing because of my heroes so please please help me out
Perfect Necromancer... any suggestion?

Necro is a primarily magic faction but with its favoured magic schools you must focus on necromancy or boosting your army's potential.
I doubt that's the perfect strategy but I've seen that it works:
Dark->all masteries, Summoning->master of conjuration/life->maybe haunted mines, logistics so as to help with creep clearing but also reach creeps you left in the previous week faster and attack->battle frenzy/cold steel/maybe power of speed.
Luck works pretty good and if you go full magic then I'd get enlightenment instead of attack. My priority is expert necromancy, motn, then logistics and summoning/dark magic.
I prefer to gather vamps and wights while skipping zombies.

so far I got this result: victories: 41 losses: 26

well back to your question (how to win with necromancers)
there is many factors that matters.... (like your opponent your nec. hero and so on....)
but here is an "common" setup for me....
Dark magic/Summon magic, Sorcery, Enlightenment
as perks: for magic that will demepnd on your spells....
as Dark if you got slow/confusion spells I choose Master of mind
if you got weakness/suffering spells I choose Master of Curses
if you got lucky and have all this spells well then you are an VERY deadly necromancer....
for Summoning magic if I get firetrap spell I choose Master of Earthblood
(with expert summ.magic and this spell creeping is very easy!)
for Enlightenment I always go for Intelligence (for more mana)
But PS... your first choice of perks should be Mark of the Necromancer.....
then my choices after this depends on my opponent...
Warlock: Sorcery=>Boneward, Defense =>Protection
Wizard/Ranger: Defense=>Evasion/Vitality (Wizard Des.magic=>cold death
Knight: Defense=>Evasion/Vitality
for the other ones just a few minor changes...
And I may change my setup radically if I*m up against an "good" player just to suprise him/her...
And here is my army
Skellie Archers, Plauge Zombies, Spectres, Arch Lich Wraights
no more!
when it comes to creeping (after week 1 or so I usually use only Wraights and some spectrtes.... almost against everything!)
damn good combi...
and another thing take good care of your dark energy
I got lots of combies I could write here but then I need several pages...
when it comes to nec. heroes and their setup..... what slills/perks to choose for Orson/Kaspar/Zoltan/Vladimir/Naadir/Lucretia and raven....
but I don't wanna do that...
one comon rule..... just play and learn....
