It's on purpose. The shirt is a copy of one from an episode of Studio 60.

I just stumbled over this while doing some housekeeping on my PC. I am standing on the path leading down to Burg Eltz in Germany, a really nice castle.

No, it's on the Eltz, a small confluent to the Mosel, which in turn runs into the Rhine by the city of Koblenz.
