Looks a lot like the Tear of Asha thingy... (in another thread)
Translation:
"Does anyone know if there is a Nival map that you can buy everything in your castle and get the Tear of Asha to your town without ending the game, or if there is such a map available for download?"
My answer: I don't know... The thing is that it's very easy to modify these things with the map editor (including the Tear of Asha not ending the game), but I doubt you know how to work with the editor...

The thing about modifying the victory conditions... well, it's documented in the manual.
Anyway, I can't remember for sure, but it's something like this:
- Open the map you want to modify
- Go to View Tab and select Map Properties Tree
- You'll see a tree-view list in the left, find Objectives and open it by pressing the + sign
- Then open Common
- Then delete the objective which has the FIND THE TEAR OF ASHA thing in it
- and Save the map
About Shipyards, I don't know any maps except from the campaigns...

Shipyards must be allowed from the map editor as well I suspect. And accordings to some discussions here it looks like you can expect some limitations. More in Mapmaker Guild, where I moved your question.

Yes, you must specifically set up a castle with the editor to allow the building of a ship yard. It is not too obvious how to do it, but with some trial-and-error I found that you must have land ramp leading down into the water, and build the castle within two tiles of the water where the land ramp is. And, if you look carefully at the land ramp when you are placing the castle on the map, you will see a faint green bar appear in the water at the deep end of the land ramp when the castle is in the correct position to allow the shipyard to be built.
Also, when you look at the map object's properties, the Ship Tile fields will contain the castle-relative X Y coordinates of this green bar. If these two fields are blank, it means you placed the castle in the wrong place, and you will not be able to build the ship yard in the castle. (You will get the cryptic "... You visit the local ship yard but find no people..." message.)
As for existing maps for download where you can build a shipyard, I don't know of any, but I've only downloaded about five maps. However, I'm currently working on a map, The Virgin of Ponce, Episode II, where there is a castle where you can build a shipyard, but I'm not ready to release it to the public yet.
