I meant where did the DM guys get the name....

And YES, a round piece of wood with small pieces of metal in it is way too modern.

"I'm sure a green-skin mod will be out only a few days after the release of the expansion."

You read my mind Angelspit :P

But It can take more, probably Nival will make the game with new non-pak system.

Well, if Pao Kai is the "boss of the bosses" in DM, that suggests that in the expansion it will be the lvl 7 unit. And this means that:

- Behemoths - one of the most awesome creatuses of HoMM3 - are no more. :(

- Nival is still in hunger for more dragons. Yeah, there is nothing more interesing than another two dragons (the basic Pao Kai and the upgrade). At present we have ONLY 8 dragons (Green, Emerald, Shadow, Black, Bone, Spectral, Fire, Magma) - 2 more or 2 less, what's the difference? This is really disappointing. :(
Cheers,
Boromir

Boromir, don't forget for the new upgrade system, this mean:

Green, Emerald, Shadow, Black, Bone, Spectral, Fire, Magma, Pao Kai, upgraded Pao Kai + 1 more upg. for them all!, so... will have 15 dragons :)

I want ALL those creatures that didn't make it into any faction as neutrals in the game!

Well, maybe some neutrals from the Armageddon's Blade will come back too? With Fearie, Rust, Crystal and Azure that would be 19. But 19 is such a bad-looking number - they will add one more so that they reach 20. ;)
Cheers,
Boromir

Creatures announced :

Orcs - check

Goblins - check

Pao Kai - check

Cyclops - not yet seen on the screenshots.

Creatures we can see on the various screenshots :

1. Goblin

2. Centaur

3. Human Woman wearing bear skin

4. Guy with mask and tambourine

5. Warrior with shield, let's assume it is an Orc warrior

6. Guy with chains

7. Pao Kai

8. Big fellow in armour

9. Big orc woman

The tambourine guy could be one of the upgrade for the goblin, still that leaves 8 units which are too different to guess if some are upgrades of the others. What do you think ?

No she doesn't.... they're the same unit, just upgraded. But of course all females must look semi-attractive no matter how deformed the males of the species are.

I will be disgusted if they try and call that the Behemoth.

I believe (hope ?) it's more the equivalent of the ogre from the old games.

I agree with Boromir... There's enough Dragons already.

I hate to see the Behemoth left out.

Somehow maybe down the road the Mighty Gorgon will appear?

No Behemoth in TGW either?
In the world of the Dead, its nice to be alive,I think.

And he doesn't look like the Cyclops from Dark Messiah either.

ok we cant forget about the tambourine. It has to go. it does not belong with an orcish might faction in primitive tribal setting. It looks manufactured and silly. What does this unit upgrade too? a banjo player? maybe he gets a microphone. Nival, please get rid of the tambourine!!

Yes, everyone knows that the tambourine is a pinnacle of modern science.
