in most cases, I'd agree with you, stefan. But like a good cheese, a good stout served cold is ruined. The cold makes the flavor one dimensional, and limits the ability of your nose to get involved in the experience.stefan.urlus wrote:IMO beer whatever variety should be as cold as possible!
