help MM9

anshram keep, kill the imps

in the beginning i thought i just forgot smth, so i left.

now im lvl ~30 and came back.

ive done the following on lvl 4

-kill all imps
-kill them till all the fires are gone
-pulled the switches
-walked through the door

then i didnt see the big imp and the 2 soldiers..

now im lvl 30 and ive killed all imps again, but therw's still nothing :S


i dno if i place this in good place, but plz help me..

Oh, dear, oh dear, oh dear...

It looks like you walked into the infamous "Anskram Keep" bug. I've heard of this happening before. If you don't complete the quest in one run, then a bug prevents you from completing the quest at all.

It was fixed in M&M9 v 1.2. I'll give you a link to the patch, but I don't know whether it will retro-actively fix the problem.

If it doesn't help, then I think there was a way to delete mini-saves to reset the quest, but I don't know how that works. There are some technically minded people on this board with more experience in that field.

i installed new patch and the following happened:
the quest wasnt completable, but bjarni still went to the council :)

Yeap it's the Anskram Keep bug. I had it too, when I installed the latest patch all were good, but man, why are you playing that game?MnM 9 can't compare with older MnM games, finish the others first and then spare your time with that game :p

MM9 does have its moments with the chasm of the dead
(Damn that place is scary) and the lichlab to name some but...
Overall, the older games hold more quality in story and
gamingexperience.

oh plz dont gimme that.. :S

i played all MM's and finished them at least 5 times every 1 ><

i just bought mm9 cause i thought it couldnt miss in my collection ~~

btw MM7 = best
