Nothing fancy for me, salad and a salami sandwich. It may be simple, but man it tastes good.

Ice cold A & W rootbeer (not as watered down as it has become, maybe even IBC which still doesn't water down as much (but cost more)), Giovanni's Pizza with 210 pepperoni's and cheese 6" thick, Silk Chocolate Pie with extra whip cream. A tripple thick malt chocolate shake can be exchanged for the rootbeer, or added with it to make a rootbeer float (of a different kind). Too bad I can't even look at that anymore without gaining 20 lbs.... Stuck with water and fruits/veggies.

Pepporoni > any other toping  I remember a long time ago (when I could eat pizza without gaing 30 lbs) one of my pizza orders was. Tripple extra cheese, tripple extra pepporoni. Layered..must be cheese, pep, cheese, pep, cheese, pep, cheese, pep, cheese, pep. The pizza place charged me an arm and a leg, and I got some very weird looks with this order, but it was a pure masterpiece.

is that like a super-mega-thick crust or is that a monster layer of cheese? Love the beer though, beer and pizza go together like Torville and Dean, or movies and popcorn

It is both thick crust and massive cheese layer. If you dig around in it you might find other stuff. Like Italian Sausage (sometimes pronounced sassage).
