Quick questions about hero special ability, especially Jhora

Hi all !

Anyone can tell me what exactly some of the general advantages mean ?
A definition of "X creature in hero's army gain +1 to their attack and defense for every two levels of the hero, starting on first level." is quite straightforward, but there are less well documented ones as well: "Specializes in Mage. Mage and Archmage are more efficient depending on hero level" - and there are more descriptions like these.

Are there any ways to exactly the measure of the benefits ?

Also, about Jhora, anyone had the chance to compare her casting frequency on higher levels to an other hero with expert sorcery ? Is it possible that Jhora will cast 2 times while an other hero with expert sorcery "only" casts only once, or the ratio is more towards 4 casting opportunity vs 5, or even worse ?

I tested Narxes and his mages get the same bonus as the rest. Just att/def per 2 lvls.

Course not! Jhora's advantage is slight and only in lvl 20 does she gain an extra point of initiative to reach 11. Even then I'm not convinced it is too powerful.

Bolony jhora rules and ur calculation is false

It's not my calculation, even the fan manual states so Also I have played quite a few games with Jhora to know from experience that the special isn't too strong.
