i need help

i need help

i was recently in the mood again to play homm4 but i cant get the disc to install for soem reason not sure it hangs after setup

i got winxp sp2 1 gb ram athlon 2400+ nvidia mx440

Strange, but it could be due to a scratch o the disc or something, otherwise, I've no idea.

nope i cleand it its totally clean no scratches of any kind the cd drive just whirs nd makes sounds but thats about it .. other discs work fine in it

Unfortunately, many times CDs don't last forever, especially if they're stored poorly. So they sometimes cease to work even they appear OK by eye. I suggest trying it on another computer, and if that doesn't work, your CD may have gone bad.

And I suggest :lol: to try to move your entire instllation CD on your HDD and run the installation from here. You may also well use cdcheck. (Seek for him on internet) :)
