Nor in any crossword solver, nor in any list of angel names :|
Half the Hebrew ones end in "el". Dunno where to look for anime, but the "Evangelion" ones don't fit. So...

R

and my last request is to know which country named this angel?

It's probably from a book. Anyone know if there are any angels in The Wheel of Time series?

AZIRAPHALE?

I knew it sounded familiar. Came across it while I was seeing what the Discworld novels were about some time ago.

I should hang you for not waiting for your turn... But I'm lenient today. Aziraphale, of the Good Omens book, by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, is correct. I haven't read much else of Gaiman's work, but if you like Pratchett's, it's definitely worth the read.

There should be an addendum to the rule that makes an incorrect guess that persons safe letter too...

There next and subsequent guesses are all unsafe!
