I couldn't. That'd mess up with your nick. Lucky is better than Spooky.
Now, I must find my old Urahara's Panda avatar again. This spooky panda was just for the halloween, but work got me and I couldn't even return to change that.

I posted most of it above, not much more to tell but that I am not a big city gal. Learned that quite fast. It had it's high points and low points, but I just hate crowds . Anyhow still unsure what my decision would be, but I got some time to think it over.

It can't be easy giving your work to someone else for 'polishing'.However wouldn't you like your idea to become known?Think of it,why not-will you have many more chances?

I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

My thoughts exactly. You should do what your heart tells you Mytical. It can't be easy giving your work to someone else for 'polishing'.However wouldn't you like your idea to become known?Think of it,why not-will you have many more chances?

Have you asked them if you'd get to veto anything you don't approve of?!Mytical wrote:Anyhow still unsure what my decision would be, but I got some time to think it over.

Honestly mods, would it have killed you if you updated this one while I was gone? You couldve at least updated the timer if not the actual creatures. The only thing that I do for the community as a whole and not just for my personal amusement, and yet you care more about my self amuzing posts than it?For shame!
And then dont do it!Do you have any idea how hard it is to make someone so misserable as to commit suicide? And you have to ruin it all for me!Kalah wrote:I just heard something: a girl I knew came into the shop where I work a few months ago, and I was in the process of placing some freshly baked danishes out on the shelves when I saw her. I gave her one for free just to be nice. What I just heard was that she had been having a really rotten day that day, breaking up with her boyfriend and everything, and that one little kind gesture had actually been enough to turn it all around for her and save her day.
So remember that, the next time you see someone you know, how little it takes to make someone's day a bit better.
My condolences for you brother, and congrats to your future sister-in-lawtheLuckyDragon wrote:My random thought for today: I just found out my brother is getting married. Now that's a Christmas present for my future sister-in-law

Yup,plus 2 more special ranks as well Oh,and Kalah is not the only one that knows that special rank he mentioned misty is nearingwinterfate wrote:I was checking out the Ranking Thread and for the regular ranks, it says 31/32. Does this mean there's another rank beyond Round Table Hero?
Actually TT still didnt pass the 10k milestonewinterfate wrote:10,000? I would hope not . The only two people I know that have that many posts here are DaemianLucifer and ThunderTitan (and their post counts reset).
No its not, roben already told that.Mytical wrote:It is probably Round Table Knight (the 32nd). It is a special title reserved for those the mods and admin feel add have added a lot to the community. Or as somebody mentioned (no naming of names here) there is perhaps another hidden one after Hero but a person has to find it themselves. From what I understand the 'Knights' do not have to have a set ammount of posts. They can have 6 posts on these forums and still have the title. Usually if this is the case; however, they were on the old forums and added a lot to that forum. So unless or until the Admin and such say that I am mistaken (which I could very well be) I think the 32nd title is RTK .
Heres a better hint:Keep an eye on post numbers begining with 19 that start with T or C(I forgot if it had "the").Mytical wrote:Well I am keeping an eye out, would be a kick if it was 2112...hehe anyhow maybe the PTB (powers that be) will tell us the requirements for being considered for Knighthood?
So,they offered to pay you,but have someone else do all the work?I dont see whats your problem with that.Mytical wrote:Ok back early from my jaunt to hollywood, basically good news/bad news deal. Good news, they do like my idea and want to make a pilot...bad news is they want somebody else to do the script (as I am not a 'seasoned' scriptwriter). I would retain the rights to the idea, and get paid, but I would not be directly involved. *sighs*. Got 48 hrs to call them back with my decision, and I really don't know what to do. (good thing I did copywrite the material before going). I just don't like the idea of letting somebody else decide everything that happens. I don't mind them having some control, but total control makes me edgy. Advice?
My problem is, though I retain the rights, it is no longer 'mine'. Some other person decides what happens, what to use and what not to use, and chances are it will become more of the formulated drivel that can be found on 1000 channels. I've sadly accepted; however, so in a year or so will learn if it will ever happen (if the pilot bombs it gets shoved in a vault and forgotten about). Does mean I can never actually discuss my initial ideas besides basic, but it was a decent sum of money.

I'm sure they won't sue if you don't put it in permanent form somewhere and only disscuss it with ppl you can trust (nobody really, but i guess that's up to you).Mytical wrote:Does mean I can never actually discuss my initial ideas besides basic, but it was a decent sum of money.
