How to extract music???

How to extract music???

Can someone please help me? I would like to complete my collection of HOMAM music, and I miss the music from HOMAM4, but there are no mp3 or other music files. I bet the music is in the file music.h4r, but is there a way to create individual mp3s from it? Thanx
