Yeah, it means you had 1000+ posts. That title is evidance for it.

By the way, will we be able to make a custom title some time? Or at least add it to our honourary title?

AFAIK, there's currently no way to let users choose a title of their own, by their own. Admins can assign them though, which means that maybe you can get a custom title some day... maybe ;)
