Can it be done? I've scoured through the .pak file and couldn't find anyting so far.

did you check defaultstats.xdb?

hmm, i seem to recall a discussion about this some time ago where someone figured out at least where market exchange rates were controlled from.

If i run across it, I'll post it here.
