Well there's the original 12yr old SHAZAM empowered one, then there's the Marvel Kree guy that died of cancer, then the name got taken by a black chick, then the original's son took the name back, and after he died his sister took it, making her the current one. That's about 5...

Oh, and Ms Marvel was called Cpt Marvel in the recent House of M/Wacko Wanda World thing.
