It wasnt an insult,it was a joke.Youll get used to our bickering here very soon
That's cause you never stayed here long enough.theLuckyDragon wrote: @DL
As I said, de gustibus... I like to hear the sounds of the city, to hear people talking and laughing, to hear the street singers (there was some Scottish music in the square the other day), and yes, even the sound of cars and buses in the traffic. For me, all that 'noise' (as you call it) makes me feel good. It somehow lets me blend better with the environment.
No, it's a quiet rumbling of desperation, uncertainty and fear. The ones you mentioned are just what humanity uses to drown it out.DaemianLucifer wrote:Nah.Tortured screams and cries, gunfire and explosions are the true sound of humanity.
So you did stay here long enough...theLuckyDragon wrote: If by "here" you mean the Big B, I stayed there three days once and had enough of it. More than enough, actually. Ick.
Hehe,I thought I was the only one! But I think I like more the agonising expression on the people's faces that are there to hear it!theLuckyDragon wrote:Another sound I like is chalk screeching on the blackboard.
