One kahn One Clan Help

I seem to be stuck on this mission. The hero visits both clan lords and is accepted but when I get on the ship I am immediately attacked by the purple player Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure purple player's purpose in this map is to hinder the player. If your army is not strong enough to defeat the purple hero, you could lure him into attacking your castle. Purple ships are probably triggered when the cyclops are removed.

And maybe the walktroughs on the CH page hold some tips.
Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

I got through it once I let purple and teal fight it out
