New translation: A Wind of Thorns v2.0 in German

It is with great pleasure that I announce a second translation of my
H4 WoW campaign A Wind of Thorns.
Forum member Koni has done a full translation into German.
(And Pepak only knows the amount of work that is)

So, for all German players out there, players that want to practice their German, and those who have always wondered what a German Meltemi looks like; now is your chance.
