Town making guide?

Hi. I'd like to continue the Forge town project if it's really abandoned, and even if it's not, I want to make my version of it. Hopefully with more practice, I might be able to make creature sprites with Lightwave and already have the theme music in mind. However, I don't know anything about ERM scripting.
