TOTE help please! Final mission

I am on the mission Flamboyant Exit - which I believe is the last mission. My problem is that Goti (sp?) the orc leader in blue cannot enter the stairwell at the bottom (and slightly left of centre) of the map. For the past four turns he tries and then I get the text box that appears when you try to enter a stairwell about sharing duties. I click 'ok' and he tries again resulting in the same text box. This continues until he runs out of movement. During one of the battles, the female orc shaman (can't remember her name) died and Goti finished the battle for me. Is this the reason for the glitch or have other people had this same problem? With the shaman dead will this prevent me from finishing the level? Help please as this problem is getting really annoying.

This map works on the principle that no hero is able to to descent from the surface down to the underground (except in one case, usin Zehir, with a stairway that is located on some shallow waters). Therefore, Gotai will never be able to enter the tairway that leads down to the underworld once he is up on the surface.
The thing is, Gotai wasnt supposed to be on the surface in the first place. Once the battle of the orcs vs. the Demonic castle is finished, both Gotai's and the Orcish shaman's (cant remember her name too!) role on this map is over.

Of course now that he is on the surface those 900 Cyclops can come in really handy in the final fight... as does Expert Light + Cleansing.

Ok so now comes the weird part - Goti had 900 cyclops when he finished defeating the Demon castle, however, now on the surface he only has 200 some (I can't remember exactly how many at the moment) dwarves. Also, due to suffering some losses mapping the rest of the level I travelled down to meet him and I cannot get any of his army. I get the default text box saying I can only lend items and creatures to allies and not take from them. I then tried to get the extra guys from the two huts to the east of the castle and kill Biara which resulted in a quick and painful five minute slaughter. I have resiged myself to reloading from a previous save point which was unfortunately a couple of hours ago any only a quarter of the way through in order to try and prevent this from happening again.

Look, as I was trying to tell you before - You arent supposed to use Gotai (or his troops) in the final vattle against Biara. The fact that he satyed available for you to use after his battle versus the Inferno town - is a bug. Gotai, Wulftsan, Freyda and all other heroes related to the underground encounters vs. the Inferno towns are supposed to disappear right after the battles they participate in are over.

Maybe it happend because you've used Gotai to defeat the Inferno town instead of the female shaman (I used her in that fight, and everything went well after that).

Either way - maybe you can finish the map despite all that, and saving the trouble of starting all over, just by ignoring Gotai and by doing with Zehir exactly that which is instructed to you by map objectives/seer huts, etc.
If you follow the right path, you'll get strong reinforcments - so dont worry about the fact that in the current situation Zehir and his troops are weaker than Biara's.

I'm on the final battle with Biara, but I only got 81 of each of the new troops (dragons, arch angels, cyclops, dragons). Am I supposed to get more? I've done all the side missions and everything. I seriously keep getting slaughtered by Biara. She has way more units that I do.

How i go down to underground????Why im cant use or control the alies of the mini-bosses?? Why my underground map is diferent of the map showed above? my map don`t have a strair in the middle of it, and the castles aren`t reachable, becouse they haven`t roads!!
I completed all quests in this cenario(including de side quests) but in the final battle against biara i can`t beat her!!!
please help me guys, i`m starting to think that my game is buged...
