Editor question.. is it possible?

Hi all..
I'm doin some map(campaign:) making.. But i encountered one thing.. Its not possible to make various-creature stack. I mean, without a hero in it. I played the beginning of a TOE campaign and there in 1st mission were stacks of various creatures without heroes.. So is it possible only now, in TOE editor? If so, then how? Because i tried everything and nothing works.
