Stuck on one khan one clan after getting green town

Hi there, im stuck on one khan one clan AFTER killing off purple and getting green town. I just cant seem to find a way to teal.

I have tried getting through at this point with a boat:

Didnt work.

I have tried standing here and using vessel of shallaya, or look for a shipyard here:

No cigar.

I have tried this shipyard or the shipyard in this town:

Shipyard in town says its deserted. the other one leads only to where i have been.

I hope its a simple solution. Help anyone?

Never mind, vessel of Shallaya worked after all, just had to stand IN the water seems like the shore is longer than i thougth.
