Does anyone know how to get the spell Starburst?

It's in the middle of the Dead Zone, and I've read that if you cast Nature's Gate on day 93 it'll take you to the middle of the Dead Zone, but that you need some sort of protection doing so, but I know not what.

You can also buy it in a dungeon, I know, but that's not the same as actually learning it.

you have to go back to the 9th century on that day, hope this helps
