Is there a definitive hero-model mod pack?

Hello!

A while back I found various .paks purporting to change stock hero models into unique models for every hero, plus Irina on a Griffin.
I grabbed them all and installed them, but they didn't work. There was just one old post about how HOF made such mods unworkable, but model-changing mods do appear to work (such as mods changing Zealots and Treants back to the beta models).

So... Do the hero-model mods still exist? Are they working for HOF? Is there a link to a definitive / ultimate / one-download version?
I would really love to see it work. There's just something terribly wrong about Succubi heroes groundpounding in a cauldron-like suit of armor...

The mods still work for me. You have to change the attributes to change the date. I use attribute changer 5.23
