Rise of the Necromancer → Finneas Vilmar
Every time I played, Green had Sephinroth, who could apparently cast Fly. Due to the layout of the map, unless you can do the same or at least cast Dimension Door (and I don't believe Fly is available), it can get very, very, irritating as she can fly anywhere on the map to whichever of your castles is weakest and take it, so that Green can't be eliminated.
It is otherwise a pretty straightforward map where you have Sandro blitzkrieg and when the main enemies are more or less defeated, give the major artifacts to Finneas so he can fight neutral stacks and level up.

Maybe that she is having only Water Walk which is acting like Fly for AI?

I think I dumped about 100 liches in every town I attacked. I caught Sephinroth in a dungeon and got rid of her. Dimension door is awesome to have. Use the altars of sacrifice to get up to level 20 before you finish the map.
Any extra components from Sandro's artifacts will be carried over... oops...

This map give me a lot of work to win. I've got to restart this map a lot of times to win. It's awful.

I never ever tried to finish the quest that requires Halberdiers before, so today I gave it a try. The reward of the Seer's Hut is 4 Power Liches. When the game was almost finished I simply kept 1 enemy town left and skip turn and put a hero at the Refugee camp, in the middle of the map near the 2nd Necropolis. Once in a while you may get halberdiers/pikemen. I finally got enough at month 8... remember that each week you only get up to 14 pikemen/halberdiers. The same could be done with the 1st map Target where we have this quest for Griffins.
