How can i patch to 1.1?!

Before 4-5 months Heroes5 didn't work because i had bad Video Card.
Now when i change it to GeForce 5500, when i can play the game, i can't patch it to 1.1 or 1.2 or 1.3 or 1.4 or even 1.5! What i can do? Heroes 5 is awesome game, and i need to look all of new patchs and new thing that are updated, when i already have Heroes...
When i download one of the patch and run it, so it says:

Heroes of Might and Magic V is not installed. Patch cannot be applied.

But i install the game, and even try restart windows, but its doesn't work... Why ME?
Please someone can help?

Check you have downloaded the patch for your version of the game. There is one patch for the European version of the game (or rather two : Standard / Collector versions), one for the US version, and so on.

I installed English version, so what patch is need to be? (I download patch US).

Israel, Eilat, Store: Toysaras.
My game is on English (There's no Herbrew version) then how i suppus to know what langauge?
Hmm... maybe i try download UK, or Euro, or something.
