Unreal Tournament

I seached throught the topics here and I found none about this game...

i wanted to ask you about a problem I am having with this game. I have a ATI X650 video card and I am having trouble with Unreal Tournament 2004.
I mean the graphics are all messed up...

Do you have any suggestions?

simple things first, check to make sure drivers are upto date, ensure the settings are nice and low to start with (though that shouldn't be all that necessary) try different resolutions, or try a re-install .... after all that - well, then you may have a problem, I assume this doesn't occur on other games?

As a matter of fact it does... but the effect is different in different games...
The main problem is that after some time I play something, there is a chance that my screen goes black and there's nothing I can do about it... I have to restart. It happened to me in all video games newer than starcraft... [maybe it's an OpenGL problem]. And I already changed my video card...

I had an X850, sent it to the repair shop, never came back, and bought an X650 in stead... The problem remained, but it occurs more rarely...[with a less stronger video card - maybe it's a power/allimentation problem?]

Any ideas? 10x for any help
