RT Game Thread: Rules & Regs
RT Game Thread: Rules & Regs
I'm glad that the members have (upon their own initiative) started up some games on the new forum, to create a relaxed atmosphere, not just weighted down by talk of the upcoming Heroes game.
Like in the old forum, however, I (the "game nazi") am now setting up the first rule of limitation:
The maximum allowed number of active games on the table is set to five (5).
Currently, there are
1. The Rage of the Carrots (revived). The revival of a classic from the old days, which will be allowed to exist until our combined spamming becomes such a nuisance blood starts to flow out my ears.
2. HangMan (part 3). Another classic, which will be allowed for the foreseeable future, as it is not so much a spamming thread, because it depends upon the presence of the quizzer to continue, and because it's fun.
3. The Diary of Yog the Barbarian. An inventive new game carried over from the old forum.
4. Million GP Auction. A very inventive new game created by gravyluvr - this is still in its early phase, and will probably improve even more as time goes. I smell a classic in the making!
5. Quiz. Yours truly steals the final place with a rerun of my quiz from the old forum. Will run until complete, and then close to make room for another one.
If you have any questions or suggestions for new games, please bring them forth in this thread.

The M&M Riddle game is such a special feature I'll allow it right away. That will leave five games active, as the RotC has been closed for some time.
I'm thinking about starting up the Seek, Find, Post game again as well, but I won't do that until one (probably the quiz game) has been closed.
For now, take it away, Kareeah.
Please start it in the Campfire, though; I like having it all in one place.

Well you should know! I remember that sometime in January you were actually posting serious replies in serious threads*! And it helped in your rank-racing! So instead of posting a lot in a few Campfire threads, one could always try, just for the sake of experimentation, to post a lot in all the other -Heroes related- threads.DaemianLucifer wrote:RiiiiighttheLuckyDragon wrote:You could always try quality posts...

Hmm, I would hardly qualify Daemian's posts in f.ex. this thread as spam. Though you're right that maybe the amount of off-topicness is a bit high when compared to the on-topicness.

Hey.
How about a game to get to know our fellow members better? The procedure goes like this:
1.We pick one member who will be the ‘target’ and guess what unique features he/she have: Hair colour, length of beard, body figure, place he/she live, how many pets they have, how big his/her kitchen is, how many girlfriends he has... it can be ANYTHING.
2.Then, that fellow member should reply whether ANYONE of the features guessed is/are correct. The member may choose whether he/she will or won’t reveal which guess is correct, just for safety measures, since it’s a BIG forum and some like it a mystery. If the guesses are all wrong......well, just say it’s wrong.
3.If the ‘target’ features is/are guess correctly, that ‘target’ will pick another new member to guess, preferably an active member. If the ‘target’ fail to pick a member, he/she will be banned for...... or we just pick a new member ourselves.
