Well it allows you to choose what to and what not to allow in your 'world' which is great. Spoor has great potential, and I do wish to play it someday. Still want an american HoMMORPG though :).

So it's a MMO?! I was under the impression that you could play it offline and just go online if you want.

Well it's not a MMO, like NWN isn't one. You want an MMO, play Lineage 2.
