Need help remembering a title of a game

This is an older pc game, that is kind of like Galactic Civilization. It had different races(including the sith, an ant-like race, etc).

But I cannot remember the name of it. If anyone knows, or remembers this game, please, let me know the name of it.

Sounds a lot like Master of Orion 2.

I've played Deadlock but I only remember that it was in space, had seven or eight type of resources and graphics were really old.
