need serious help

so im asking that do i really need to install my windows agen because this wog is asking russian or english to install.. any tips how make it fastest? or something...

You don't need to have a fully English (or Russian) Windows. You just have to set the country settings within your installed Windows to "English" (or Russian). After the installation you can switch the setting back. You probably don't even need to restart n between.

You'll find your "country settings" in your system settings, the exact location depends on the version of WIndows you're using.
