Hard Vs Heroic Settings - Help Adjusting

Dear All,

We are playing MP on LAN and we avoid playing computer players at Heoic Level, its daylight robbery. We always get slaughtered. Nevertheless we prefer to play at Heroic because of good initial resources (hard enough, not impossible) and correct neutral creature strength. As a result we ALWAYS play without Computer players.

Is there any way (mode or cheat code etc) we can adjust STARTING RESOURCES for computer players in HEROIC level?. For example to start with the sames resources as Human player?
